Digital Image License
You are permitted to view and purchase digital images from this site. You are not permitted to copy, take or or duplicate any images on this site without permission from JudieAnn Squires. Any use or reproduction of JudieAnn's Portraits, Art or Photography images without prior agreement or purchase is prohibited.
Agreement upon Purchase
By purchasing a digital image from JudieAnn Squires you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read this agreement before you purchase any image.
Acceptable Use
After purchasing a digital image, photo, custom art or portrait, it may be used for personal, non-commercial use only. The digital image may be used by one person (the purchaser) for personal use. The purchased digital file may be printed for personal use by a professional printer.
Usage Limitations
Custom art & Portraits
- Artist (JudieAnn Squires) will grant a non-exclusive right to the portrait or custom art for personal use and printing.
- By sending reference photos, you agree that you are the owner of the photos and grant the artist (JudieAnn Squires) a Creative Commons Zero License (CC0) for any and all photos.
- The digital portrait may only be used for personal, non-commercial use.
- The digital portrait may be used by one person (the purchaser) for printing for personal use only.
- Purchaser may print up to 4 copies of the portrait on posters, canvas, glass or matte prints, fabrics, and up to 10 copies on greeting cards or housewares for personal use.
- For permission to print more copies a commercial or resale license must be obtained. You must contact JudieAnn Squires to negotiate a commercial license agreement and contract.
- No digital images or prints may be sub-licensed, resold, distributed, or otherwise made available for commercial use or distribution.
- You may not alter an image obtained from the artist (JudieAnn Squires) or remove the signature or watermark embedded in the digital image file.
- When printing the portrait, the image may be printed at any size up to the maximum size indicated on the file.
- Artist & Photographer (JudieAnn Squires) will grant a non-exclusive right to the photography or art piece of your choice for personal use and printing.
- The digital file may only be used for personal, non-commercial use.
- The digital file may be used by one person (the purchaser) for printing for personal use only.

If you are interested in using any images for commercial purposes contact JudieAnn Squires.
Pricing and terms of commercial use will be established by mutual agreement at that time.
All images on this website or any portion of an image, may not be used without consent.
JudieAnn Squires retains full rights to her digital images.
You may not transfer or duplicate images without prior payment and written consent.
JudieAnn Squires reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use, information, prices, product offerings, and contractual license terms featured on this website at any time and without notice.
All original works created by JudieAnn Squires are bound by the terms and conditions outlined above.
Home Design Concept License
LICENSE AGREEMENT
ArtByJudieAnn (Judie Squires) Artistic Designer, assumes no liability for any home, portion of a home, or other structure which may be built from these concept designs. The purchaser of these designs is responsible for reading and complying with the following before the start of construction:
USE OF THE DESIGN
- These concept drawings are the property of ArtByJudieAnn (JudieAnn Squires), Artistic Designer.
- These drawings are protected by Copyright Laws.
- Any use of the drawings or information contained herein is prohibited beyond the one-time use authorized by a purchase of prints or digital files.
- Any duplication, publication, sale or distribution of any part of these drawings without prior written consent of the original designer represents a violation of Federal Laws subject to penalties.
- Purchase and downloading of any drawings grants the purchaser as “Licensee” the right to use such documents for 5 sets of prints for personal use only.
- Purchaser acknowledges that all rights of ownership, title, and interest in the copyrights, drawings and derivatives remain with ArtByJudieAnn (JudieAnn Squires), Artistic Designer.
- Modified designs are considered derivatives of the original and receive the same copyright protection even if completely redrawn. License for use of the drawings applies only to the original purchaser. This means if the designs may not be sold to somebody else.
- Any use of the drawings, or modifications of the design, by purchasers, builders or others is done at their own risk.
- Licensee must have the drawings reviewed by a local professional architect or engineer before the start of any construction. The information contained within the drawings is to indicate design intent and basic detailing. It is the builder’s responsibility to provide standard construction details and practices which will result in a structurally sound and weatherproof finished product.
- These concept drawings do not include any detailed electrical, plumbing, heating or air conditioning details due to the wide variety of local codes and climatic conditions.
- Licensee should have a local electrical engineer, mechanical engineer or builder to provide detailed electrical, plumbing, heating or air conditioning drawings as may be required for permits and construction.
- The foundation drawings and associated construction details are provided as a basic concept guide. The design may not be acceptable for all locations.
- Licensee should have a local architect or licensed engineer review these concept drawings and provide a site-specific foundation design if found necessary.
These drawings provide ideas and design concepts only and are not intended to be complete or accurate in all respects and details and must be reviewed by a local architect or licensed engineer.

ArtByJudieAnn (JudieAnn Squires), Artistic Designer shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or deficiencies in any form by any party whatsoever. Measurements on these concept drawings are approximate and are for illustrative purposes only. There is no guarantee, warranty, or representation as to the accuracy and completeness of these concept drawings. All measurements must be certified by a licensed contractor. The homeowner or contractor should conduct a careful, independent investigation of the property to determine to your satisfaction the suitability of the property for your space requirements. If an error or omission occurs within these concept drawings it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of these concept drawings to correct the error and/or omission at their own expense and is not the responsibility of the creator of these concept drawings.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be given once the file has been sent.
